World-class speakers will grace the third Gaming in Holland Conference on June 23 and 24 in Amsterdam to share insights and developments on this year’s theme ‘Opportunities in a regulated market.’
Key players from all aspects of this industry will be well represented in this two-day conference as they highlight discussions on the nearing regulation of online gaming in the Netherlands as well as share key points and updates on an array of topics, namely Responsible Gaming, Mobile Gaming, Marketing and Media, Sports and Sponsorship, Technical Compliance, and Social Gaming.
Gaming in Holland Founder, Willem van Oort, expressed his excitement about the speaker lineup for this year’s conference, which includes more than 30 international gaming influentials like CEOs of gaming operators, top SEO experts, specialized lawyers, and lottery entrepreneurs.
Included in the list of speakers is Jon Matonis, executive director of the Bitcoin Foundation, who is set to discuss about the new changes and developments on Bitcoin and other virtual currencies. Through his talk, Bitcoin enthusiasts can expect to learn more about the potential and future of Bitcoin online gaming, especially under the soon-to-be regulated online gaming industry of The Netherlands. This will also show a preview of the Bitcoin gambling landscape if ever regulatory policies are enacted for the currency.
Among the other speakers are Unibet CEO, Henrik Tjärnström; Tipp24 CEO, Dr. Hans Cornehl; and Ministry of Safety and Justice Director, Benjamin Jansen. Meanwhile, Netplay TV CEO, Charles Butler, will talk about the responsible synthesis of gaming and the media while Dutch Charity Lotteries COO, Sigrid van Aken, will share his thoughts coming from the local industry.
The 2014 Gaming in Holland Conference will be held at The Dome at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel and is co-hosted with iGaming Business’ iGaming Supershow, which is regarded as the largest dedicated iGaming exhibition and conference for the iGaming industry. This event will take place at Amsterdam RAI and will kick off on June 24.
