EPT Malta Opens With Massive 84-Event Schedule

The second leg of the European Poker Tour (EPT) this year returns to Portomaso Casino in Malta for the third time. The prestigious and world’s most popular poker tour will hold its huge EPT Malta event on Oct. 18 with an 84-event schedule.

EPT Malta, which will run for 12 days, promises an unparalleled poker experience highlighted by a wide range of tournaments open to players of all levels. It is once again sponsored by PokerStars, which operates under the Amaya brand.

This year’s poker tour event in Malta will once again set the tables on fire as the popular poker tournaments are all set to go, with a new addition that will give poker enthusiasts another reason to look forward to playing at EPT Malta.

Massive range of tournaments lined up

Even enthusiasts who prefer playing Bitcoin poker online cannot deny how EPT Malta’s tournament schedule will blow every poker player away.

The poker flagship €5,300 EPT Main Event is among the highly anticipated event that will kick off on Oct. 23 and will run until Oct. 29. The €1,100 Italian Poker Tour Main Event is also among the key events to take note of which will start on Oct. 19.

EPT welcomes high rollers to The Casino at Portomaso with the prestigious €25,000 High Roller that will certainly see the high-caliber poker players in the circuit today. But EPT Malta is expected to set more records this time around as the €10,300 EPT High Roller event makes its debut on the EPT floor.

The High Roller event is not the only one making a first appearance at EPT Malta. The Casino Climber Blackjack tournament also debuts in Malta on Oct. 20, while the NL – Global Poker League Team Double Bounty Shootout is scheduled on Oct. 28.

Adding to the excitement at EPT Malta is the live version of PokerStars Spin & Go tournaments. Players can try their hand at the Hyper-turbo Sit & Gos that feature a lottery-style prize pool multiplier.
