Mega Dice Overview

Mega Dice is the rebranded and improved SatoshiDice. It now offers the original Bitcoin dice game and slot, along with unique online slots from Quickspin.

The Mega Dice Bitcoin online gambling site offers one of the best and popular dice games in the industry. After the rebuild, it now offers more games to give you options on what to play.

SatoshiDice was a fan project in 2012 by Erik Voorhees. The dice site was one of the few websites that allowed anyone to wager Bitcoin back then. Its other claim to fame is the introduction of the provably fair feature. This feature became a staple among many Bitcoin dice games and casinos. SatoshiDice rebranded itself to Mega Dice in March 2017. It also runs on a Curacao license and unfortunately doesn’t allow US players.

These slots have various themes and features. You’ll also find its original Satoshi Slot Edge game with a 3.5% house edge. Meanwhile, the Quickspin slots have a house edge ranging from 2.69% to 3.94%.

Software Features

The main draw of Mega Dice is the dice game. The interface is an improvement over its old dice game. The left window shows your total balance and amount to bet. Below the right and left window are sliders.

The left window lets you set the amount you want to bet. The right slider adjusts your win chance and payout ratio. The central window has the ‘roll dice’ button to start a game. The design lets you play the game with only your mouse. Though can directly set the bet amount, win chance, and payout by typing the numbers you want to set it to.

Another important feature of the game is the provably fair window. The feature will show you the seeds from the server and your end to let you know that a result is a random number. The provably fair window is hidden to keep the aesthetic of the game as clean as possible.
